Terry Kohler moved forward with the idea he had to use his PT Cruiser to promote others’ businesses and non-profits.  The Denver Area Council of the BSA was the first project.

May 7, 2002 ~ Dream was to have a PT Cruiser set up for every Boy Scout  Council in the country, like I did for the Denver Area Council. The  Council President liked the idea that they would get to have the PT for  their use, though PTCruiserShow would own them. I even flew to Dallas  for another business meeting, but while there went to the National Scout office in hopes to share my idea. I had done a contest with the Scouts for an art drawing they could enter. Art had to include in its scene a Scouting theme, with a PT in it. The winning art was going to be  airbrushed on to the hood.
